Terms of Use
The rules for using English Master Academy.
Last updated: 9 October 2026
1. Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or using englishmasteracademy.com you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What we provide
English Master Academy offers IELTS-style practice for Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking, mock tests, an AI tutor and progress tracking. We are independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by IELTS, the British Council, IDP Education or Cambridge University Press & Assessment.
3. AI-estimated scores
Band scores and feedback are AI estimates for practice purposes only. They are not official IELTS scores and do not guarantee any result in the real test. AI feedback can sometimes be wrong, so use it as guidance alongside your own judgement.
4. Your account
You must give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. Accounts are personal and must not be shared.
5. Plans, payments and limits
Some features are free, with monthly usage limits. Paid plans are shown on the Pricing page with their price and what they include. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Unless required by law, payments already made are not refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, resell or publish our questions, answers or other content without permission.
- Try to access other people's accounts, unpublished content or admin areas.
- Interfere with the site, overload it, or get around usage limits or security checks.
- Use automated tools to scrape the site or submit answers.
- Submit unlawful, abusive or harmful material, including to the AI tutor.
7. Content ownership
The site, its practice material and design belong to English Master Academy. Your essays and recordings remain yours; you allow us to store and process them to mark your work and provide the service.
8. Suspension and closing accounts
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other learners at risk. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account.
9. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running and accurate, but it is provided as it is and may sometimes be unavailable or contain errors. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for decisions or test results based on using the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page and tell you about important changes. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms. Questions: englishmasteracademy99@gmail.com.
