Start speaking sectionListening and Reading are converted from raw scores out of 40 using standard IELTS band conversion tables (Academic and General Training Reading use different tables). Writing and Speaking are estimated by AI against the four public band descriptors. The overall band is the average of the four, rounded to the nearest half band — an average ending in .25 rounds up to .5, and .75 rounds up to the next whole band.
Estimates are for practice guidance only and are not official IELTS scores.
